Delivery
You can monitor the status of your order at any time by clicking on the
My Orders link at the top of every page. Members have an enhanced order tracking feature.
Delivery Times
- UK 5 to 7 days from despatch
- Germany, Austria & Switzerland 4 to 6 days from despatch
- Other EU 6 to 8 days from despatch
- Hong Kong and Asia 5 to 7 days from despatch
- Australia & New Zealand 7 to 10 days from despatch
- USA 7 to 10 days from despatch
Stock Items
Items held in stock will be despatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be despatched as they become available. We will not hold up your entire order waiting for an out-of-stock item or new release to arrive in stock.
Out of Stock Items
In most cases, out-of-stock (back-order) items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we may be awaiting or researching information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly.
Back-order titles usually come into stock within 1 to 2 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 10 days, we will send you an update via e-mail. If for any reason we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available at all, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalogue. We will refund your payment for this item or you may select an alternative of the same value.
Technical problems
Most technical difficulties with the site can be easily resolved by reconfiguring your internet browser. At a basic level we require cookies, session
cookies and javascript.
Cookies
When you visit or purchase from our sites, "Cookies" are left on your PC to enable us to track your orders and supply other mutually
helpful information. (See "Enabling Cookies" below).
Wherever possible, we use "session cookies" which are deleted when you shut down your internet browser.
Enabling Cookies - Internet Explorer
- On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options
- Click the Security tab.
- Scroll down and find "Cookies"
- Click on the "enable" button. This should then allow you to add items to your cart.
Damaged Jewel Case
If a CD jewel case is damaged when you receive it from us, we will be happy to mail you a replacement.
Simply go to our Customer Service Centre
Returns Policy
At CD WOW! we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have
a "total satisfaction" guarantee.
This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is return it to us in good condition within
30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of £1.50 for handling, insurance and re-stocking.
We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return is a result of our error or a defect (see below). Simply visit our
Customer Service Centre.
To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.
Then send it to our English Language Customer Service Representatives at the address below:
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective title. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
